The Vagrant Lichenologist is a blog written by me, Nathan Chrismas, about the intersection of outdoor recreation and natural history, with a hefty dose of lichenology (Fig. 1).

It‘s a place for me to write and try out things that don’t fit on my Cragology Instagram account. The premise is the same; to share some of my enthusiasm for the natural world with other climbers, hillwalkers, and anyone else who’s interested.
